License and Registration Renewals

Starting in 2026 the Warren County Health District now requires license renewals for food facilities, body art, pools, campgrounds, and registrations for sewage treatment installers, haulers, and service providers to be completed through the Accela Citizen Access Portal.

How to submit payment for license renewals or registration renewals

Paying in person or via mail

  1. You may mail, or pay in person with cash, checks, cashier’s check, or money order.
  2. Make checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders payable to the Warren County Health District.
  3. Make sure there is clear, identifiable information on the check, cashier’s check, and money order such as address of the facility, or name of the facility and location if there are multiple in the county. Please include a phone number on the check.

Paying over the phone

  1. You may pay over the phone using a credit card.
  2. To pay over the phone call 513-695-1220.
  3. There is an additional $3.00 fee for payments using a credit card.

Payment online

  1. Once you have submitted your registration or license renewal through the ACA, you will have the option to pay immediately. You may also choose to pay online at https://warrencohealthoh.gov/home/bill-pay – follow the steps below for payment not using the ACA.
  2. Select Make a Payment
  3. Select Food Service FSO/RFE 912-1482-100
  4. Input the amount on your prefilled application.
  5. Complete the rest of the information, be sure to include the facility name.
  6. Check out, there is a $3.00 additional fee for credit card payments.
