License Renewals
Important Update for 2026: The Warren County Health District now requires license renewals for food facilities, body art, pools, and campgrounds, as well as registrations for sewage treatment installers, haulers, and service providers, to be completed through the Accela Citizen Access Portal.
Note: You will be redirected to the Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal.
Renewal & Payment Options
Portal Payment
• Once you have submitted your registration or license renewal through the ACA, you will have the option to pay immediately. You may also choose to pay online via Bill Pay – follow the steps below for payment not using the ACA:
1. Select Make a Payment
2. Select the appropriate program:
• Body Art: Body Art Permit 911-1482-100
• Camps: Camp License (State) 963-1400-100
• Food: Food Service FSO/RFE 912-1482-100
• Pools: Swimming Pool Permits 976-1486-100
3. Input the amount on your prefilled application
4. Include the facility name
5. Check out ($3.00 fee for credit cards)
Pay by Phone
• You may pay over the phone using a credit card.
• To pay over the phone call 513-695-1220.
• There is an additional $3.00 fee for credit card payments.
In-Person or Mail
Mail or bring payment (Cash, Check, or Money Order) to our office. Checks should be payable to Warren County Health District. Please include your facility name, address, and phone number on the check.

- Find Your PIN Letter
- You will need the unique PIN provided in your renewal mailer to link your account in Accela.
- Access the Portal
- Log in or register for a new account on the Accela Citizen Access Portal.
- Review Instructions
- Complete Payment
