Housing

The Warren County Board of Health originally adopted the Housing and Premise Maintenance Regulations setting minimum housing standards in Warren County 35 years ago and the Housing Program remains active today. Our public health sanitarians respond to complaints on premise maintenance issues outside the home and also on maintenance and cleanliness issues inside the home. The Warren County Board of Health utilizes Accela, if you have reported a maintenance issue to your landlord and the problem has not been resolved in a reasonable period of time, please visit the Accela Citizen Access Portal to start a complaint. An inspector will stop out or schedule an appointment if requested to verify the problem and issue orders to the landlord to correct the problem.
