There is also a $45 nurse consultation fee for your first visit.

The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program is available for qualifying children. The fee is $15.00 per injection for VFC vaccines(included in Fee below). Some limited quantities of certain Adult vaccines are available at no cost to qualifying adults.
