Service Fees:
Varies depending on immunization, + $15 administration fee
There is also a nurse consultation fee for your first visit. $30 for in county client, $40 for out of county client.

Vaccine Fees are subject to change at any time. Insurance will be billed as applicable. Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage of the vaccine fee. The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program is available for qualifying children. The fee is $15.00 per injection for VFC vaccines(included in Fee below). Some limited quantities of certain Adult vaccines are available at no cost to qualifying adults.
