Happy last Monday of September! Another theme this month is National Food Safety. Be sure you are checking the food in your pantry/fridge for expiration dates and make sure you are practicing safe food handling.
***See the attachment below for safe food handling, or feel free to ask me or the environmental health department about more specific questions. The attached handout would be a great tool to print out for reference while you are prepping/storing food.

Please make sure you are being diligent in setting up meetings with me! I do not want anyone falling behind with their wellness goals. See my availability below:
