Sliding fee scale determined by income and household size for the uninsured or underinsured. Medicaid Managed Care accepted. We also accept some Private Insurance. Please inquire when making an appointment. We are not a Medicare Provider.

• Confidential patient evaluation
• Laboratory testing including Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
• Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
